On May 29, +Pinhal accompanied MEP Catarina Martins on a visit to the Ovar Pine Forest.
We shared our concerns regarding the ongoing clear-cutting of pine forest areas and the overall degradation of this natural area, which is of significant ecological, environmental, social and cultural importance.
Catarina Martins assured us that she would take our concerns to the Portuguese Parliament and the European Parliament.
